Kanohi Hau Full Size Mask

Bionicle is one of my favorite lego themes, especilly the original ones from 2001. The masks are just so iconic Ive Always wanted to have them to display. And now that I have a 3d printer I can do that

Progress report 4.21.26

I've got some good progress done today. I exported a model of the mask from Bricklink studio. Sadly it was a bit wonky so I had to redo the topology.

Then I had to split it up to fit on my print bed. I have a Creality Ender S1 with a 8 in² so this 1.5 ft mask is going to be around 20 pieces.

I Got some printing done today!! mostly just test prints but I got the mouth printed.

I got most of the head printed overnight and while at work. I think I'll be able to finish the printing tommorow. then I'll have to wait till pay day to get the filler and spray paint to finish it

Its done!! atleast the printing is. Its a little smaller than I wanted but its a bit late to fix that. I ran out of glue and don't get payed until friday so this project is on hold until then.
